The Augustinians

This church is in the care of the Augustinians who trace their origins back to St.Augustine of Hippo in North Africa, to his spirit and spirituality.In 1256, a number of scatterd communities following the rule of St. Augustine came together under one Prior General. They quickly spread through Western Europe. By the end of 13th Century they expanded into Ireland

Located in the heart of commercial Limerick, the Augustinian community and church provide the following services:

MASSES

  • SUNDAY:       9.00am, 11.15am, 7.30pm.
  • HOLY DAYS:  7.30am, 8.30am, 10.15am, 11.15am, 4.00pm.
  • WEEKDAYS:  7.30am, 8.30am, 10.15am, 4.00pm.
  • SATURDAY:   8.30am, 10.15am, 3.00pm (Mass for the Sick).
  • No Vigil Mass on Saturdays.
