Fr. Paul O'Brien

Born on the 29th April 1942. He grew up in the shadow of the Augustinian Church, John’s Lane, Thomas St. Dublin. He entered the Augustinians in September 1960. Having been ordained on the 14th March 1970. Fr. Paul worked as a missionary in Nigeria. He spent some time in St. Oliver Plunkett’s Parish Finglas and following that in John’s Lane. His next assignment was parish work with the Augustinians in Canada. Having spent 14 years in Canada, he returned to Ireland and to an appointment in the Limerick City community towards the end of 2011.
